Can you tell me more about free local delivery?
Sure! While we love living semi-rurally, we understand that it can be a bit tricky to travel in the last few weeks of your pregnancy. We also know it can be difficult to find the time to head to the shops to search for the perfect baby shower gift!
For orders over $69, we offer free, next day (in some cases, even same day!) delivery for areas surrounding Mundoolun and Jimboomba. Please check the table below or send us a message if you'd like to confirm if this service is available for you!

When will my order arrive?
All orders are generally packed and posted within 24 hours, however please allow up to 2 business days for orders to be posted. We are a family business, and our orders are all packed by hand with love and care (and sometimes a little bit of help from the littlest fingers and toes!).
We use Australia Post for deliveries (other than local deliveries - see above). Once your order has been dispatched you'll receive an email from us to let you know. Once your order is with Australia Post it is subject to their delivery times, which may be impacted upon by extenuating circumstances. Please be aware that due to COVID-19, deliveries with Australia Post are taking longer than normal. You can calculate estimated delivery times here ( our postcode is 4285):

Please note that Tiny Fingers Tiny Toes has no control over any delays experienced with Australia Post, however if you experience any delays please let us know so that we can lodge any necessary enquiries for you.
Do you offer exchange or refund?
We do not exchange or refund due to change of mind or mistakenly ordered due to the nature of our products.
